I once had the same problem but found how to fix it. Delete all the files in your X,Y, and Z drive. Then go to E:\cache\ folder and delete all the files in there also. Then try loading up your game again it should work flawlessly.

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial or mind telling me how? Cuzz when I did it anyone can fly it except for me. So I might be doing something wrong.
