Thanks for the help, I finally figured it out. I just used IronForge's tutorials as a guide and started analyzing files of other stuff. Feel kinda stupid now, for not looking this hard at it... but oh well. :oops:

Ok, I added a hog, and because the maps can only handle a certain number of vehicles, I went into the globals and scenario xml files and replaced the vehicle entry for the ghost with this new hog. That way, on BG instead of putting a ghost, it puts this new hog. Ok, well, I am trying to figure out h...

Well, I figured out that if you change .g.h.o.s.t, then it will change the ghost, not this warthog. The new hog uses what appears to be the same hud message as the normal warthog. My real question, I guess, is how do I have the map recognize this new hog seperately to be able to rename it? I can't s...

well, if you are using Photoshop, I have run into that myself. usually it was with the DXT3 files. Make sure you only have the RGB channel, that's how I've always fixed those problems.
