Then go on another PC, get it from the net on that one, then put that hard drive in your current PC as the master, and then flash the Bios.
Then, put the other hard drive as master again and see what happens.

Ok, I can help you here. Basically, you have set the Bios of your PC to set the Hard Drive to Read Only.
