Ok Ok. I am a noob at modding. People say to me, 'Do you have HMT?' and I say what is HMT? Seriously, where do I get HMT?

Halo Video Kit
I have a Halo Video Kit for the Halo PC. But everytime I open it on Win Zip, it says I need to change the configuration, and then it opens a notepad file. Is there a way to do this, and if there is a Video Kit here, I would be happy to download it.
