when i open up "heksetup.exe" my computer waits for a bit with the hourglass beside the cursor, then this error pops up: (goto http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=19517 to see it....this guy has the same problem) after i click ok it closes down and nothing else happens. my OS is...
