ok guys, listen up, when u want to save ur file go back into HMT and check the file type before u save, right above where u can preview the skin, there is a file type, most of the time it says DXT and the number but sometimes it says A1R5G5B5 or ARGB with other numbers between, well when ur in photo...

u didnt put the plugin in the right place probably, i cant remember where i put it, im at school so i cant check now, but when i get home ill check and ill post again
