HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I cant get mimesis to work ive tried for 6 hours to get it to work but I keep getting the same error saying something like Desc:cannot get IP for DHCP or something like that so can someone make detailed instructions on how to set it up?

hey guys I just got Halo CE and I just whant to make some random map but cant figure anything out. Can someone give me a link to a program that is easy to use and can make a map in a sinch thanks.
