grr shut up. o sry friend jumped on while I was in bathroom. i actually have a question. supposedly the ark is on earth correct?

what is haloceded? its in my halo ce folder. i heard its called dev mode, where you can edit stuff in game. if so, what kind of cool commands are there to cause mayhem and such? i want to goof of on my own server.
