i apply everything and the ghost isn't at the top of the base. what's going on?

how do you change what type of ammunition the gun uses. i can't get my sniper rifle to shoot tank rounds.

i tried to change it so that the sniper rifle can zoom x20 and shoot tank rounds but when i opened up halo and went to bloodgulch(i modded this one) it wouldn't let me load the map. ????????

just so people know, if u donload dev trainer, and turn on 1 hit kills, you can shoot a pelican or a covie dropship and it'll blow up. also, if u shoot a vehicle, it won't blow up but u cant use it anymore.
