This is a permanent lagfix for HaloCE Dedicated server. Download the Halo CE Lagtweak attachment Make a backup of your haloceded.exe Unzip it anywhere Run the exe It will patch the haloceded.exe file and never need to be run again. i.e. no app needed to run in the background, no nothing.
