thank you andrew exactly its so when u want to know why the hell the water looks shitty or if it looks good u can look here and see as well be able to understand changing it. but of course if shitty gfx makes bumpmaps invisible that its not an issue anyway

Well guys im here to tell you all a little about water. In Halo, the water is a flate plane. Which you would be able to see plainly if you had say a "crappy" gfx card. Now for most its wavy and waterlike. So then you ask yourself, how can it be flat and wavy at the same time? ill tell you....

no. incomplete mods are not allowed in outstanding. unless they are never going to be worked on again. and plus. i know it look cool and all but if you think about it all it is changing the assault rifle skin and the sky and ground....like people havent done that already.? and its just color variati...

Wow honestly this is the best mod i have ever seen for pc. Everyone download it right now. Everyone has to check the sniper rifle with new zoom and everything (best part nad also=pwnage) I love you lol this deffinetley deserves outstanding mods thats cuz uve only been here for 4 months.....but anyw...
