I cleared my cache...but I dunno, I think I accidently patched it twice. I was wondering why it didn't look as icy and whatnot. But I will have more tomorrow. I need sleep!

Yeah I got it to work. Nice mod, I think you should take off the fast run. But thats just me. Maybe a seperate patch w/ reg. run speed and stuff? Great job on the weapons though. Loved it.

That was a while ago, now it's up and working, with a newer version of the shield bar, I got it working like a week ago.
