what program did you use to convert it?
Are you sure you got the proper codec?
Double check everything...

Some converters are liars and don't convert the the bitrate that you want, try different ones. I had the same problem. Did you use my tutorial on halomods and used the converter i linked out>?

yeah.. Boll has a pack with PPF'S. He has them for everylevel. Download this...
