How much space do all the maps in all the "packs" take up on the HD when extracted?

what the most recent map in map pack 5?

Did you check if there is a Fraps logo in the taskbar (lower left corner of the screen)? If there is just press F9 when your in the game to start recording. There should be a number in the corner which is yellow when it's idle and red when it's recording.

Sorry for huge bump but my sapien does the same thing except it doesn't show up in the task manager after it dissapears. I open my scenario tag, sapien starts to load like 2 seconds later the window closes and the process sapien.exe in windows task manager is not there. The strange thing is if i ope...

The same thing happens to me. The way I do it is go to start > run. Type in cmd (in XP) or command (98-ME). Then type cd (put ur CE directory here w/o parantheses). Press enter. You should see your CE directory in the window. Now type tool and press enter. Or you can get HEKter and put that in ur CE...

no i mean wen ur actally playing the map, the size in distance. like if u were to fly/drive/walk from one side of the map to the other. It that is 3dsmax or in the HEK tools?

as long as the modchip/BIOS supports the Xbox FTP function you should be fine. Check the place you are buying it from. (Xecuter is still the best if you change your mind ($40 at www.modchip.ca, $60 for solderless)

this is a really n00by question, but what affects the size of a map? (the in-game level not the file size) and how the hell u import tags into a map? is there a way to turn a PC into a CE map? also, whenever I launch Halo (PC not CE, CE works fine...) it goes to the ntro movie (wit the m$, gearbox, ...

you should only put maps wen u cant make a ppf and if u do a rebuilt map, u should compress to the biggest compression setting
