If this was to be added to a newer sparky is it possable to be used as a tool or just make the maps look better?

lil i did an xray mod for every gun too. altho the one i saw at SW looks like the shaders for the environment metals were swaped with chain gun blurr.

there is northing u can do to tha bitmap to make it have animation but u can prolly mod the tires to keep going when u stop for some nice lookin stop and go rims.
