I've also discovered a new error (maybe) in tool. When doing the bitmaps command, it would say the bitmap tag is the same as the directory, would that prevent it from creating the tag?

Sounds like it spit out a .bitmap that's messed up.

Get rid of the alpha (unless you need it) and try it again.

How would I remove the alpha in Paintshop Pro?

Following Kirk's tutorials, when i do the command tool bitmaps <my directory> to change the .tif to a .bitmap, it gives the error "WARNING: bitmap with greater than 1-bit alpha being compressed as DXT1" and it fails to create a new tag. The tutorial then goes to say to open it in Guerilla ...
