you need the HEK for those folders, which installs the tags and stuff as well. i think what you downloaded is a tag, not a skin. tags are for putting things in to your own maps, not ones you've already downloaded.

you can do everything in guerilla that you could in HMT (aside from batch extracting) and more. open the cyborg_mp.biped tag, there should be a flag somewhere in there about being immune to fall damage. going into globals.globals will let you change the speed at which MC moves, and how many grenades...

dude chill. go into guerilla, and go into file > new

then select the type of tag you want to make. but i advise you open a similar tag to what you want to create first, and edit that and then save as a different file. it's easier to do.

i don't think it's possible, because of the way the maps work. essentially the z axis in 3ds max is the gravity axis. if you can make it work though, it'd be a really good idea.

you'd have to make it map-specific. perhaps two versions of the map, one for human weapons only, one for no sniper rifle?

i don't think anyone has figured out how to change weapon sets/gametypes yet, but when they do... oh, the coolness.

umm... i'm pretty sure you can cut through a plane in most modelling programs, i used to use quark and that had a cut feature, and that was a sucky sucky program.

it's possible, i just don't know how.

invulnerability is easy, either swap the collision model of the cyborg for the warthog, or (this one's better) go to cyborg's collision model and change all body damage multipliers (and shield if you do so wish) to 0. this way you can't incur damage

er... you need the actor variant in it, and just shoot out a biped. i'm not sure if they'll respond to enemies, but set their team to human or player, they should be allied with you.
