Spark edit 3.2

I have been trying to install halo nmp on my xbox for a long ass time now but I cant find SparkEdit 3.2. In the tutorials and readmes it tells me where to get it but the page never loads up. I cant find a working download anywhere. Can someone help me out with a mirror or sending it to me over aim or irc or somthing?

just go to files.halomods.com , scroll down to the link to utilities and its in there, the only thing is that i think the files section is down at the moment(6/7/04) or if your american(7/6/04)
