Fly a flaming lifepod in Halo.

Post by Lazer »

I replaced the warthog in Halo with the lifepod_entry and made it so that you can get in the drivers seat. It goes fast... very fast. So fast it tends to like to fly through walls. I'm thinking this would be a lot of fun if exported to multiplayer (while being toned down a bit), but we gotta wait for the better model extraction/injection. Anyway here is a ppf for Halo if you wanna try it. Just play through Halo from the beginning and when the pelican flies in with the warthog it drops off the lifepod.

If you haven't tried this before it's worth the download. (sorry no screenshots)

Alright well there are two types of lifepods in Halo. There is one that can't fly "lifepod", and then the one that can "lifepod_entry". You can get in the driver seat of both, but only one flies (the other rolls until you fall out). Now, you need to make the drivers seat called "b-driver" instead of "driver lifepod". After that you're pretty much all set. Just make swap the warthog with it and echo 419 brings in a lifepod. (looks like echo419 is making a crash landing at first with all the flames and smoke)

If you still care to know, yes, you do it in HMT. Under vehicles, select seat 0 and change it to B-driver.
