Energy Swords And FP Models

I can't seem to give any weapon's FP model the energy sword model. I tried using HHT to get the energy sword's model in FP, and the model and MC's hands were invisible or not there. This works with other stuff, like fuel rod guns, but why not energy swords?

Yeah, I get the same problem with it.
Maybe insert a new meta and use it for the fp model?
Just a theory.

dude. if you want to see the fp model of the energy sword then get the crappy fp model from i dont remember his name. but i would try in the wepens on energy sword then go to the model and put it to the plasma rifle.(do it on the swapped weopen)
