General Meta Question

I used to do some meta editing with HPC. I recently got a chip in my box and I was wondering if meta editing on the Xbox is similar. Just comparing the values and trying them swapped?

I used to change the warthogs into MCs and what not, is that still possible with meta on Xbox?
