more PMI problems

Post by bobtheshoe »

I did everything right this time and my map runs perfectly in HMT, HHT, and SparkEdit, but When I try to open it with Halo I get an exception...
I batch extracted blood gulch
then bsp\model extract
then i recursivley saved the pelican
generated the raw model\offset thing
then extracted the pelican as a raw model
then decrapped it (worked perfectly)
added pelican.mod2.meta in the big one
blood gulch indices vertices and sbsp in the other boxes as specified
after I did that I copied the bloodgulch.sbsp.meta to the level/test/bloodgulch (or something like that)
added the stuff from my batch extract and my new items into my build
copied the map into the build
re built (worked perfectly!)
then replaced the blood gulch map with the new one(renamed and all)
and it runs perfectly in HMT..HHT..SparkEdit...but Halo gets an exception
I've done it over 3 times and followed all the steps
anyone think they know whats wrong :?

The map. The original map. Get a clean copy of it, then rebuild again.
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.

Don't double post.

If you are sure that everything is perfect and you have tried rebuilding multiple times, start again.
