my computer is moving really slow and im getting pop-ups even when im not on the internet and i need help removing it. so if u can help plz do

Get a spyware removal program...

yeah. try scanning with either spybot, avg free edition, or ad-aware. they're all pretty nice free spyware/antivirus programs. if you have trouble removing it then, try a scan in safe mode. if there's still no luck, post back here with a bit mroe detail and maybe we can figure something out.
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>
