moving the fog lvl

okay i was wondering how you move the fog from say under the map to on the map its self like take lockouts fog and add it to the bottom half of the lvl so when you go into bottom grav under glass bottom br and sniper its kinda foggy and hazy if you can't move it i'll just try to add fog then.
