How do you add a weapon spawn to a map?

Post by dan72588 »

Ok, first off i'm a noob so don't flame me THAT much lol. Anyway, I searched the forums, they said use a chunk adder program to add that weapon to a map. I have chunk adder program, but since i'm noob i have NO IDEA how to use it, and I don't see a place to set the spawn points or anything, I want to keep all the weapons i have on the map plus another one, but I don't know how. Here is the pic of the program i'm using

Try to remember I'm a noob, so step by step would be good for me, LOL

Use Entity 1.3.9 for chunk cloning, it's the most stable.
  1. Open your map.
  2. Go to the scnr tag.
  3. Right click the grid box in the middle, click chunk cloner.
  4. Go to the reflexive type you want to clone, in your case it would be
  5. Netgame Equipment (collection).
  6. Press the drop down button, selected one of the chunks.
  7. In the box to the right enter the amount you want to clone.
  8. Press clone, then press add meta to map.
  9. You can now open the scrn tag in the meta editor, go to the netgame equipment chunks, and change the newly cloned ones to spawn the weapons you want.
  • To place the weapons:
    • Go to the sbsp tag.
    • Click the blue plus button.
    • Then click view bsp.
    • Check the Collection check box.
    • Find your clump of newly cloned weapons and move them to where you want.
