Help-Weather Built into Outskirts First Playable BSP

Hi, I'm new to Halomods but I need help with something. I want to get weather (Specifically Monsoon rain) into Outskirts first playable BSP. I've tried to do it, but H2G brings up an Exception Error when I insert weather and change the Visual Meshes or whatever to a value of 0.
What I need:
a) Someone to actually build this weather into the map for me.
-or-
b) Someone to send me the version of H2G and H2C that Kibito is using in his tutorial.

Any assistance in this is greatly appreciated.

Try using Detox's Weather BSP app. From what I here it works really good.

It does work well, however when you add weather to that BSP you have to build it into another map. I need to keep this bsp in the same map.

Then I look like I can't be of any help to ya. I don't have H2g or H2Core
