where is a skinning program
where can i download a skinning program that works with normal windows paint ?

1. Download DXTbmp
2. Set up the program, and open it.
3. Select your editor as paint.
4. Click open on DXTbmp, and open skin, then click send to editor.
5. Save as your file name, and save to desktop.
6. Open your skin on DXTbmp, and click save-as DSS texture.
7. When saved, go to HMT, go to your bitmap, inject the texture, save, and you're done![/url]
