Modding the HUD

I'm looking to add a timer/clock to the H1 HUD. How would I go about this, or is there already a mod for this?

Edit: I forgot to mention I want this for the multiplayer only.

If you mean like the timer that's in the driving portion of the Maw, that's programmed into the game, there's nothing you can do to add or change something like that.

I forgot to mention in the original post that I want this in the HUD for the multiplayer only.

Is that possible?

If you mean the timer like I mentioned, you won't be able to do it anywhere. (SP or MP)

How about the clock that counts down before a multiplayer game starts?

You could probably script it in CE then convert it to PC.
I wouldn't know how though.
