What type of Lighting is this, the sunshine-ish feel? And how would I go about doing it myself?

i think it might be a bloom effect, not sure tho.

Yeah, that'd be a badly done light bloom, and most likely done in Photoshop.

ive seen other bloom effects, that are along the same lines as that, so i dont think its a photoshop.

No, those are bloom effects in the Sky tag. You can get a plugin with it labeled at Haloplugins, or in the Files forum in the "Adding Fog" Tutorial...
