3rd person mod help please

i have been trying to get the 3rd person mod made by bitterbanana(i think) 4 ever! i double click it it ses activate NP5 for 3rd person i dont even have a NP so i make it F2 then i go into halo PC and it doesent work when i go 2 multiplayer so then i press f2 and still nothing happens. anyone have any ideas?

anyone there i waited a whole day and no responce
