Adding vehicles into a non-vehicle level... how exactly now?

Ok, I've been having troubles getting vehicles into a map that didn't feature vehicles on it. And, I've run into a few complications...

1.) Sparkedit won't import the tags. It's being an old SOB, and it won't import them at all. I can hit ok and all after selecting the tag, but it will still be present in the drop-down list.

2.) Even if I can get the tags in, how do I go about getting the vehicles into the map? I can't swap anything for them, so wouldn't I have to edit the scenario of the file first?

I tried doing these things, and once I edited the scenario files, the hog I added to the scenario file manually was listed under MP_Equipment, as I gave it the location of an assualt rifle...

Any help is greatly appreciated and is sort of needed for a mod... Not really my mod, but the person I was trying to help figure this out with was having difficulties too... :?

Here is the tut. Go have fun! Its really simple.

The truth is; all non vehicle maps have vehicles stored in them! You never have to rebuild the map!

I knew all of that... I'm just having problems... I'll try your tut though, as it looks different from what I've been doing.

EDIT: Boy, I did something wrong all along! lol... Thanks a lot, Ice! This will help quite a lot! *kicks XML files*
