Need a little help extracing a banshee model w/ textures

I need to extract a model of a banshee from halo PC or CE preferably with UV maps included. What I have tried to do is use HMT 3.5 to extract the banshee model (and textures) and then import it 3ds max. This went smoothly, but the model doesn't come UVW unwrapped, and the only way to texture it would be to do that manually. Are there any utilities out there that would enable me to extract a banshee model without having to manually unwrap it? I was browsing utilites for a while, but I had trouble finding anything since the descriptions were not detailed.
