Changing colour template for MP character skins?

I was wondering how to change the template of the MP character skins. Such as, where the primary colour appears and the secondary colour appears on the player's model. How do I go about doing this? Thank you.

i believe you'd have to change the change_color bitmaps. or its listed as like masterchief_cc

No, you have to change the RGB profile color values..located in the [matg].
