Entity Keeps Crashing

im getting really fustrated with entity. everytime time I try to use the BSP Viewer and build a track it crashes after ive done a little bit of work. it says try to read write over protected memory....continue or close. stuff liek that. if someone could help me that would be greatly appriciated.
