System Link Compatability

Okay well me and my friend make movies and we were gonna make a new movie with some changes. Spartans were changed to ODST's and Elites were changed to Flood charecters. And he made a SPPF of the map and sent it to me and 2 other people in the crew. We all went on XBC to test his map out and when we went on only he could spawn... We got either blue screen or just that black screen that says "Respawn in 0". We had the map so we dont know why that was happening. Then we tried again today and we could spawn but once we died the game froze or we couldn't spawn again. Does anyone know why this is happening at all?

If you know how to help us it will be very much appreciated. We really wanna get the movies out.
