help!

[Timsod]

Im a n00b at this and never tried it before so i though i would, so i downloaded haloCE and tried to install it but it cancel and something about a file named cab1.CAB don't work? tried todownload the same file 4times from different sites and the same problem all the time!
Plz need help don't find anything about this in this forum!

P.S don't have low memory!
