i read tutorial on skinning and it told me to download the program "convim"

i need help. i downloaded it but when i tried to run it, this happened

nevermind, i got it fixed. but a diff question, i want to edit the plasma rifle but when go under bitmaps in HMT, i find 2 different plasma rifles which should i edit?

use the plasma rifle fp one to skin with
