getting vehicles from other maps to certain ones

sup fellas, i need help getting like a shee in derelict. Or maybe modding weapons still not sure how to do it. Ummm.... i use the spark edit program. Thanx

when i downloaded the vids. i opened it, and when the intallation was done nothing happened. After that i downloaded it and clicked save, put it in a folder. Then tryed to click the icon...... and nothing!?

Any help?????
