Help with adding maps to main menu

im sure im pissing alot of ppl off with all the posts im making but im a noob and noobs need help.

anyway i followd a tutorial to add maps to the map main menu. it worked fine but now when i try and play a map the countdown makes it to about 5 and then the map fails to load. i tried makin a whole new map and renaming it and going through the tutorial again but its no use it just keeps failing to load every tome wtf is going on with this POS.
