How do i just edit weapons ect. with out 3ds

hi, i was woundering is it possible to just like mod the map like (bloodglutch or deathisland) like the vechals or weapons.

Like can i just mod car speed and weapons for blood gultch cuz i dont have 3ds and stuff like that.

i want to do this for halo ce so hmt wont work........

you can open haloce maps with hmt.The only way to mod bloodgulch is to get the bloodgulch files(By TheGhost) and only him released bloodgulch.Speed of vehicles i can also tell ya

Ok well for me i use ADI to change the speed and weapon proj. for Halo 2 on xbox and it works fine for me but people keep talkinga bout a program called gurilla and i think it is for haloce but i will check into it but you can hit me up on aim at R27Skatedawg. hope this helps you out
