BG Lighting

Can someone explain to me how I can change the lighting in BG to be darker, not the sky, the levels lighting.

I think there is a fog plugin for HMT which allows you to do that.
We need to tear down the briefs of stupidity and corruption and put up, in its place, an edifice of truth.

or better yet on your Video options there at the bottom is just such a choice

well i know there is a way but if u cant find it u can always just darken all the bitmaps
