modding gate on zanzibar so u can close it and open it

ive seen this question answered a while ago
i need a good program to do it with im using dot halo
but im not sure what i edit to make it open and close im real noob so please help,

dude you can open the gate on zanzibar even if you dont mod it, theres a button on the top floor of the base check it out
