Photoshop prob

when ever i start up photoshop cs a window pops up saying the file ~e5d141.tmpp Access is denied. Then photoshop closes down. Anyone know about this?

no but i suggest that you should try reinstalling it that might help but if that no work then ask soemone with photoshop beacuse i don't have it

Open up task manager and see if that's open (I've seen them counted as executable before, don't know anything about it though). Might want to see if the file is read-only/write-protected too.
