Would it be possible to make a mod where every time you get in a Worthog it plays the song Ride With Me by Nelly?

Actually, yes it is. You could inject that song into the warthog's engine looping sound (lsnd), and that should work.

no it wouldnt... the engine saound is only a few seconds long and it loops, if you inject an entire song itll get really fucked up

Yes, just convert a sound to .sound, create a sound_looping, and select your sound_looping in the Warthog's tag's intstead of the original. Also select Fade-In/Fade-Out, and set the numbers to 2 for both.
