ok im in the middle of making a full map mod from blood gulch. i was wondering if pre-game movies for mp levels have been made yet. ie. like in silent cartographer how you arrive in that ship and it dropps you off, thats the type of movie im talkin about. Has someone made a way of doing this yet?

are you talking about making a clip that will run when you select blood-gulch? If so, that would be a kool idea, not for everyday use, but for times when there are tourneys or something of that nature...

It would probably involve some xbe editing. It's not really a movie but a cutscene. Oh yes there is a difference. Movies are prerecorded. A cutscene uses the ingame engine to play out a scene. So basically it is just the computer controlling MC and any other Biped and moving the camera around. That is why the beginning "movie" isn't always exactly the same.

Any way, it may well be possible to do. I really haven't looked into that sort of thing.
