Halo Mulit maps to Ut2004??

I was thinking about porting the Halo multi maps to UT2004, and I was wondering if there's a way I can import the Halo textures to UED? Too make it easer?

Open them in photoshop, save as BMP, and then save them as whatever the UT format is?
