xTOOLbox problem(freezes)

xTOOLbox problem(freezes)
Alright, i have xTOOLbox on my xbox dashboard show up under apps. I did ftp everything corretly and every file is there, all i want to know is why does xTOOlbox freeze when i press A to try and open it under apps?
