Tool error

I have been trying to get my tutorial map working and after fixing a few errors with the edges I am having trouble correcting an error with blue base. I am using the .wrl to try and find the error and ive narrowed it down to one of the walls inside the base but if i try and recreate the face I get the same error so im stuck. I need some help. thanks.

Tool Error:

there shout be a .wrl file in your haloce dircetory.Just import it to 3dsmax
