i was wondering if u can be able to use your light when u have all vehicles or can u only have it with hogs please help me even though i am a noob

The ghost is the only vehicle that stops nightvision\flashlights so you just have to pick you vehicle for your map and the limit is 2 vehicles only or goodbye nightvision\flashlight
