hey i think i figured out what it was i forgot to internalise but also at first i was using the program dxtbmp to open the dds in cs2 but now i tried out the nvidia plugin and the bmps are always strectched out making large black areas down the side of my hog im just gonna try doing it with dxtbmp again then ill repost thanks for your help dudekibito87 wrote: That could be because you have your maps cached and Halo2 is loading the cache maps instead of your original .maps. What you would need to do is ftp to your xbox using unleashx or evolutionx and find the x,y, and z partitions. Delete the files in those. Reboot. Then start up H2 and load the map. Now they should appear skinned.
